Do I need to be a customer?
No. Anyone with an audience can apply. Customers with an active licence are approved instantly because they already know the products.
When is a sale mine?
When the buyer used your link in the last 60 days (last click wins) or typed your code at checkout. A typed code always wins.
Why are commissions on hold?
We offer refunds, so each commission waits 30 days before it is approved. Refunded orders earn nothing.
Can I buy with my own code?
You can, but self-referrals earn no commission and your own code gives you no discount.
How do renewals work?
When a customer you referred renews their licence, you earn 20% of the renewal too, for about a year after their first licence period.
