Partner terms

The short version: earn on fair, real sales; we pay on time.

1. Commission

• 30% of the first sale of every new licence bought with your link or code, calculated on the price the customer paid after their discount.
• 35% instead for the whole calendar month once you make 10 or more sales in it.
• 20% of the renewals of the licences you sold, until 12 months after the first licence period ends.
• Commission is calculated in US dollars. For payments in naira, the exchange rate stored on the order is used.

2. Attribution

• Your link is remembered for 60 days in the visitor’s browser. If they click another partner’s link later, the last click wins.
• A code typed at checkout always beats a remembered link. Each order has one partner.
• Customers using your link or code get 10% off new licences (not renewals).

3. Approval and payouts

• Commissions are on hold for 30 days, our refund window, then approved. Refunded or cancelled orders earn nothing; if a commission was already paid, it is taken from your next payout.
• Payouts are made on the 5th of each month once your approved balance reaches $25. Smaller balances roll over.
• You can be paid by bank transfer in naira, in USDT (TRC20), or as store credit worth 20% more.

4. Fair play

• Buying with your own link or code (self-referral) is not commissionable.
• No bidding on our brand names in search ads, no coupon or deal sites without our permission, no spam, no misleading claims, no cookie stuffing.
• Disclose that you earn a commission where the law or the platform requires it.
• We may review unusual orders (for example many single-site licences) before approving them, and close accounts that break these terms. Commission earned fairly before that is still paid.

5. Changes

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 14 days before a change that lowers your commission. Commission already earned keeps the terms it was earned under.
